"To whom it may concern,
I wanted to take a moment to send a "Thanks" to your people in service, mostly to Julie for her efforts in my latest dilemma. Just some back ground, in November 06 I purchased 2 Suzuki MX bikes for my kids (RM85, RMZ250) from Keene Motorsports. I was happy with the deal and overall experience at that time, enough to come back and purchase a 2006 Polaris 755 Classic without shopping around.
Last week in Southwick, my son's RMZ250 "quit" during the first moto. At the time, the bike had less than 5 hours on it. With some help from the service department on Saturday afternoon and some friends at the track, we determined the CDI box failed. Realizing that MX bikes don't really have any sort of warranty, especially for electrical components, I figured I would be in for a $300 part. Monday morning I talked with Julie about possibly trying to get Suzuki to warranty the part. After some legwork by Julie, Suzuki agreed to cover the part and I had it in my hands Tuesday. Due to the circumstances, I was happy to pay the overnight shipping charges.
Prior to this, I had a fuel consumption issue with my Polaris. I brought the unit back to have it serviced the day after I returned from the trip I noticed it on. Now, to me, that was very comforting since dealers in my area would usually not be so responsive. Both Greg and Julie worked with Polaris and kept me informed of the progress over the next week. It came down to an exhaust gas sensor that needed to be replaced. Julie had offered to pull it off another unit in stock to get me on the trail that weekend. Needless to say, I was thrilled!
Thanks again to both service and sales for making all my experiences positive with Keene Motorsports. It is for these reasons I drive an hour and a half from Southwick, MA to you. Keep doing what you do!

"I wanted to take a minute and thank you for your help in getting my ATV repaired. During the time line of getting my ATV fixed I had several observations that I wanted to convey to you and your sales team as I found them refreshing during the process. In the beginning I believed the problem with the bike to be minor, such as a fouled plug or moisture in the gas tank. After doing my own troubleshooting I called you. Your first and immediate response, after answering my questions was "bring it right up, we'll look at it right away". That was an excellent response. I did just that. That is when we found the problem was more serious than first thought. During the time line I called Honda. As soon as I called Honda they said to me that you had already called and stated my thoughts. I thought this was good because Honda knew how I felt before I had to explain and it was documented in my service request. Throughout the whole process, even though I called several times for status reports, you kept me updated with part arrivals and repair status with patience. I have to tell you, overall, as far as customer service goes, Kevin you were top notch. Thank you very much. This experience for me will definitely ensure that I will be a customer of Keene Motorsports for many years to come. Thanks.

"My wife and I bought a 2005 Ski-doo MXZ Adrenaline and a 2006 Ski-doo Freestyle. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and it didn't seem like we were "at a dealership". "On Saturday, June 3, 2006 a small group of us were traveling from Massachusetts to Lake George, NY for Americade. The weather was poor, with on and off heavy rains, when one of our companions developed mechanical problems with his Honda Valkrie.
He was able to limp the bike to your shop a few miles at a time.
The members of the staff at your establishment were so good to us and receptive of the pending needs of our member in distress that I felt the treatment we recieved should be recognized.

"I wanted to forward a note of appreciation to all of the guys in the parts and service departments. Last week we had a problem with one of Mike’s YZ125’s which required 2 day shipment of critical engine parts. Caleb took my parts order on Wednesday and by Friday all the correct parts had arrived. I needed help from the service guys to press old bearings out of my center cases and press new ones in. The engine cases were sent out back, and returned shortly later all set to go with new bearings. Because of their help I was able to reassemble the engine Friday night, and we were back riding again by the weekend.
It’s especially important to Mike to have this bike running because it is his practice bike.
His Loretta Lynn prepped YZ was already down for some final freshening up.
Since it’s the final week of prep before Loretta Lynn’s this would not have been a good time to be without the bike.
Also helpful were Jessie, Pete, and the Service guys who’s names I don’t have.
Please be sure they all know how much I appreciated there services.
